The Ukrainian President welcomed the group of heads and representatives of the diplomatic missions of G7 countries and the EU mission established pursuant to the decision adopted at the recent G7 Summit in Germany.

In the course of the meeting, the President thanked the UK, Italy, Canada, Germany, USA, France, Japan and the European Union for the unity and constant solidarity with Ukraine on the way to peace and reforms. Particularly, Petro Poroshenko is grateful for a strong position in support of Ukraine envisaged in the Declaration of G7 leaders of June 8, 2015.

The parties have discussed the situation in Donbas, fulfillment of the Minsk agreements and implementation of reforms in Ukraine.

The meeting in the given format has already been conducted in order to harmonize positions, but such practice will now become regular.
