President Petro Poroshenko arrived in New York to take part in the events within the 70th session of the UN General Assembly. The Head of State will deliver a speech at the General Debate of the UN General Assembly on Tuesday, September 29.

In the framework of the visit, the President will also participate in the following summits: sustainable development, peacekeeping, leaders' summit on combating violent extremism and ISIL, Clinton Global Initiative.

The President will meet with heads of delegations of the member-states of the Common Group on MH-17 Investigation, experts and politicians in the Atlantic Council and U.S. business representatives.

The President will also have a series of bilateral meetings with political leaders and heads of state.

Petro Poroshenko will also have a meeting with representatives of the Ukrainian community in the United States.
