Consulate of Ukraine in Dubai started its work on April 5, 2012. The Consul of Ukraine in Dubai Mr. Petro Holoveshko has assumed charge of the Consulate.

The Consul said that today's event was an important step towards further development of relations between Ukraine and the UAE in all spheres of bilateral cooperation. According to him it will be a priority of the Consulate to provide consular services to Ukrainians who live and travel to the UAE. Mr. Petro Holoveshko also stressed that for the period of holding of Euro 2012 championship in Ukraine the Ukrainian Consulate would focus on issuing visas to citizens and residents of the UAE.
