Emirati side confirmed its willingness to open its diplomatic mission in Ukraine next year.

Two Ministers headed Ukrainian and Emirati delegations for participation in the Second Session of the Ukrainian-Emirati Intergovernmental committee on trade and economic cooperation. The sides expressed mutual interest in deepening cooperation and discussed the mechanisms of cooperation in the fields of industry, agriculture, investment, energy, aircraft, transportation, banking, education and healthcare. After negotiations the Ministers signed Minutes of the Committee session.

In the course of the official visit Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine met HH Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan the chairman of Abu Dhabi Crown Prince's Court and the Managing director of Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) and H.E. Mohamed Helal Al Muhairi Director General of Abu Dhabi Chamber.
