100 days ago, the Russian Federation launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. This act of aggression is an unprovoked war of the Permanent Member of the United Nations Security Council against one of the founders of the United Nations. The full-scale invasion has become a continuation of Russia’s aggressive actions it unleashed 8 years ago by occupying Crimea and parts of territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

Today, our people defend not only their right to exist and live in an independent state, but the security of Europe and the whole democratic world. Every day our defenders, at the cost of their own lives, bravely repel Russia’s war machine and fight for freedom and peaceful future of the continent.

For 100 days of war, the Kremlin has failed to reach its main goal - conquest of Ukraine. Instead, Russia has become the most sanctioned state in the world, and its activities within international organizations and participation in international events have been significantly limited or stopped. The Ukrainian army is bravely holding the line and has liberated territories in a number of regions. Ukraine is determined to have a complete victory over the Russian invader.

Our country has shown extraordinary resilience in the face of the brutal force of the Russian invaders. The Ukrainian miracle became possible due to highly motivated military, effectiveness and courage of the state’s leadership, military assistance, tough sanctions by our partners, and Ukrainian society that has shown extraordinary unity and solidarity in people’s resistance to the occupiers.

We are grateful to dozens of countries around the world who provide significant support, thanks to which we are moving towards the main goal - the full restoration of Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity within internationally recognized borders.

In order to stop Russia's crimes against the Ukrainian people, destruction of our economy and blackmail of the whole world by famine, consistent support for Ukraine should continue. Assistance to our state today is the best investment in peace and sustainable development of all mankind. The main pillars for our victory remain unchanged: maximum sanction pressure on Russia, deliveries of necessary weapons and granting Ukraine the status of candidate on the way to full-fledged EU membership.

Until the Kremlin ceases the war it has waged and is properly punished for its crimes, including reparations for destruction and court verdicts for war criminals, sanctions pressure should only increase. The Putin regime must lose all influence in the world and its ability to carry out external aggression, conduct information and psychological operations, spread corruption and manipulate history and culture in order to protect its aggressive interests.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine calls on the international community to support the establishment of a Special Tribunal to investigate the crime of Russia’s aggression against Ukraine. Russian criminals should be brought before the Tribunal in the same way as it was with the leadership of Nazi Germany.

We are confident that Ukraine’s victory in the war will be an impetus for the renewal of the overall architecture of world security and the creation of effective mechanisms that would prevent the recurrence of Russian and any other international aggression.

نحن ممتنون لعشرات البلدان في جميع أنحاء العالم التي تقدم دعمًا كبيرًا، وبفضل ذلك نتحرك نحو الهدف الرئيسي وهو الاستعادة الكاملة لسيادة أوكرانيا وسلامتها الإقليمية داخل الحدود المعترف بها دوليًا.

يجب أن يستمر تقديم الدعم لأوكرانيا من أجل وقف جرائم روسيا ضد الشعب الأوكراني، ووقف تدمير اقتصادنا وابتزاز العالم كله وتهديده بالمجاعة. إن تقديم الدعم لدولتنا اليوم هو أفضل استثمار في السلام والتنمية المستدامة للبشرية جمعاء. تبقى المبادئ الرئيسية لتحقيق انتصار أوكرانيا دون تعديل: أقصى ضغط للعقوبات وتوريد الأسلحة اللازمة ومنح وضع المرشح لنيل العضوية الكاملة في الاتحاد الأوروبي.

إلى أن ينهي الكرملين الحرب التي شنها ويعاقَب بشكل مناسب على جرائمه، بما في ذلك التعويض عن التدمير ومعاقبة مجرمي الحرب، سيزداد الضغط والعقوبات. يجب أن يفقد نظام بوتين كل نفوذه في العالم وقدرته على القيام بالعدوان الخارجي والقيام بعمليات إعلامية ونفسية ونشر الفساد والتلاعب بالتاريخ والثقافة من أجل حماية مصالحه العدوانية.

تحث وزارة خارجية أوكرانيا المجتمع الدولي على دعم إنشاء محكمة خاصة للتحقيق في جرائم العدوان الروسي على أوكرانيا. يجب أن يمثل المجرمون الروس أمام المحكمة كما حصل مع قيادة ألمانيا النازية.

نحن على ثقة من أن انتصار أوكرانيا في الحرب سيكون حافزًا لتجديد الهيكل العام للأمن العالمي وإنشاء آليات فعالة تمنع تكرار روسيا لعدوانها وأي عدوان دولي آخر.
