On January 31, 2011 Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the United Arab Emirates Yuriy Polurez had a meeting with His Highness Sheikh Humayd bin Rashid Al Nuaimi Member of Supreme Council of the UAE and Ruler of Ajman.

During the meeting the Ukrainian diplomat made the emphasis on stabilizing the political situation in Ukraine after the presidential election. In the context of improving the investment climate in our country Yuriy Polurez urged the Emirati officials and businessmen to explore opportunities to participate in Ukrainian national projects, investing in the industrial complex and agricultural sector of Ukraine.

HH Sheikh Humayd bin Rashid Al Nuaimi expressed interest in developing cooperation with Ukraine in investment and tourism, medicine and education.
